T-Shirt Info and Sizing

Shirt Information:

Small Caliber Store uses the Hanes Beefy-T and Gildan 2000G, short-sleeve t-shirts for most of our shirt printing.  Actual print may look different than the online mock-ups.

These shirts have the following specs:

• 100% Pre-Shrunk Jersey Knit Cotton (shirts may still shrink slightly after washing).

• These shirts are 6.1 ounce in weight.
• Seamless double needle 7/8 collar.

For our fitted shirts, we use the Next Level 6210 and 3600.  The 6210 is a 60/40 blend, while the 3600 is 100% pre-shurnk, ringspun cotton.  See sizing information below:

Printing Processes:

I use the Direct-to-Garment method of printing for the majority of the shirts we offer.  This allows for a full-color print on light garments, with no heavy feel or sweat patch.  The images printed using the DTG process on light colored shirts (Ash, Light Sand & Khaki), will not crack, or crumble, like traditional screen-printing.

Our dark shirts, with light, or white prints, are printed using a similar type of DTG printing, or traditional screenprinting, but leaves a bit heavier print on the shirt.

Care Instructions:

Please wash your shirts with like colors, turned inside-out, in cold water.  Do not bleach your shirts, as it will fade the printed image.

Tumble dry on low, or hang dry, to prevent any further shrinkage.
